The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility & Hygiene Guidelines

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty products, items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return:

 Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all protective seals intact.

 Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: FAQS Help center or Email our support care team at Supports@Therealcares.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide a return authorization alongside instructions on where to send your package.

3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

 Approved refunds will be credited automatically back to your original payment method.

 Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your beauty essentials arrive damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the items, and we will expedite a replacement to you right away at no additional cost.
